Flip - The Day Dreamer

We introduced Aaron Job's first tribute to Flip a few days ago. If you haven't read it yet, you should - but to fully appreciate "Flip - Aliens" or this one: "Flip - The Day Dreamer", you've got to watch the original animations on which these are based - they're just a few minutes long. You can watch one here. Or purchase them here. I think I'm going to buy Aaron Job a copy to reward his efforts.

As a special treat - Flip's creator, Kirk Demarais, has stopped by and put his seal of approval on "Aliens", as well as giving it some special recognition:

Kirk D. has left a new comment on your post "Flip - Aliens":
Hey Aaron [Job], This is amazing!I just posted about it on my own blog. I'm really happy that Flip has inspired you. You've done a great job capturing the essence of the character while putting your own touch on it. I can tell that Flip loved his flying saucer ride!Keep up the great work!

Read the rest of Kirk's evaluation here.

And now..."Flip" in "The Day Dreamer". Here's the overview:

And now the individuals frames:
